c. Crowdsourced Imagery & Video Data

When users submit street-level images, dashcam footage, storefront photos, or videos:

• These may include incidental captures of faces, license plates, and public spaces.
• We apply automated AI-based privacy filters to detect and blur personally identifiable information (PII) such as faces and license plates.

2. How We Use Your Information

We collect and process your information to:

• Build and enhance real-time maps and location intelligence products.
• Power AI vision models for road signs, POIs, road geometry, and infrastructure analysis.
• Provide, maintain, and improve our services.
• Communicate with users regarding updates, feedback, or support requests.
• Generate aggregated, anonymized data insights for research, analytics, or commercial purposes.

• Uploaded imagery and video content: retained indefinitely to support mapping datasets unless deletion is requested or required by law.
• Anonymized and aggregated data: may be retained indefinitely for analytics, research, and platform improvements.

• Secure access controls and authentication
• AI-based privacy filters to minimize personal data exposure
